Re: *official 2007 red sox thread*
My wife knows what is going on and the no-hitter significance.
My mother who I called though after the 8th to let her know what was going on asked if the no-hitter was broken up because of a line-drive to center because "he hit the ball" |

[ QUOTE ]
Here are the compiled high lites from the no hitter including a pretty amazing defensive play. Link [/ QUOTE ] Rick rolls were lame shortly after they started. Somebody put together all 27 outs of Buchholz's no-hitter in this video. There is a bunch of Buchholz stuff on You Tube now. You can watch the full ninth inning and the post-game interview. |

Also the look on Clay's face after the second out in the ninth is priceless. His body language in the last three innings spoke volumes. Also, the Orioles really suck. |

Lowell is a stud. Nails. That first pitch, breaking ball outside, low, ump says strike. Dead calm, no reaction, steps out, okay. Takes same pitch for a ball. Works count some more. Gone.

This might be the smallest strike zone I've ever seen. No wonder it's 10-9. I may have to start pounding the overs in this home plate ump's games. |
