I also lost a 170bb stack to a 47/22 fish when my QQ ran into his AA. Not a good day thus far.

[/ QUOTE ]

this isn't good against any opponent

You're probably right. But the guy was horrible, he had shown down complete BS after calling 3-bets, and I didn't give him any respect. I raised, he re-raised, I 4-bet, he called. Flop is rags, I bet the flop, he re-raised all in, and I called. I really need to review all my HH tonight.

Sounds good to me

I play it the same too and even before Gelford's teaching. Maybe its a leak, but I never give respect to opp with those crazy stats

Ugh I'm about to projectile vomit. Lost two pots within four hands, stacked once and nearly twice. First hand I flop straight beat by flush, second flop top set AA and lose to flush. Same opponent, wtf.

Dropped down to 10nl(/wrists) for a short session today to try and get some confidence back. Made some really good plays and overall solid poker. +3 buyins in 300 hands. Lets hope this continues. I'd like to grind back ~100 at 10nl before jumping back up to 25nl to make sure I'm playing the way I should.
