So when I saw this thread I thought "I'm not gonna post until I'm mentioned!" 24 hours later... I find the thread and I am mentioned once, as an afterthought, by someone who couldn't think of a third poster. Pfft, you guys don't deserve me.

OK, here's three people i haven't hardly seen mentioned here, but they're also not just OOT posters:

-mason55. seems like every time we post in the same thread we're thinking the exact same thing.
-FoxwoodsFiend. very bright, funny, and a good strategy poster to boot. cool guy IRL too.
-Spechel EDD. pretty much only posts in BBV, but there's nobody like him, or with his sense of humor, and it cracks me up.

as far as OOT posters go, tuq is an obvious favorite of mine, but i also like a lot of those guys with a similar sense about things-- off the top of my head, aloysius and miajag81 come to mind.

El Diablo is so good at whatever he posts that part of me is convinced he's not one person, much like people think Shakespeare didn't write all of his plays on his own. WHO IS YOUR MARLOWE, EL D?

WRT- Cliques. I think the problem that exists is that there's an older school of 2p2ers, many of whom have met, and are actual real life friends. These people connected through 2p2 and in some ways the new OOT kinda happened at them. Stuff that used to be totally acceptable, folks like you now consider gauche, but you've gotta realize that so much of this existed before you were here.

I think the real problem is that some of these older school of posters make no effort to engage new posters and often completely ignore them; when they participate in a thread, they only respond to people who are similarly "old school" or whatever.

As for the NT! thread = me not liking you.
I like you as a poster I just feel that based on your body of work in those three threads you didn't deserve the top 3 nomination. I often judge a poster based on whether or not I agree with them, so you having three threads sticking out where I felt you were wrong/ over the top leads to you dropping out of my top three.
