I have my script set as shown below. It handles my first buyin correctly. But when I buts and click the chiptray, rebuy, it sits me down wth 100 BB's

dm_auto_buyin = 1
dm_buyin_amount = 20 ; (in BB) ie) Full NL stack = 100, Limit Default Stack = 25

Party is a known resource hog. There are 2 separate issues with Party that consume a ton of CPU.

1. Monster table sliding Jackpot(s)
2. Memory leak

This script only handles #1. Unfortunately, there is nothing I or anyone else can do about #2. With the memory leak, it seems that Party starts using more and more CPU the longer you are *playing*. Party has to fix this.

So to the person who doesnt play on Monster tables and wants to know if this script will help. No it will not help with Party's CPU usage. It may help you in feasability of game play if you use the "no spam" settings...

To the person who is using the script; however, their computer is still using 100% CPU usage. Lets put it like this, without the DeMonster script you'd be trying to use 140% CPU The combinations of several apps with Party poker seems to do this.

Currently the only thing we can do is buy bigger/faster processors. Party will still consume the same amount of CPU yet the more the CPU can put through the less CPU percentage it will use. Sorry

TO everyone having problems with rebuying. I will have to take a look at that in the morning (EST) when I do my coding We'll get this fixed...

I've created a DeMonster Beta page where I am going to first release changes. This will be to test updates, fixes to ensure they are working properly before final release.

Released Beta v1.2.5a

- Made changes to auto buy-in code to hopefully fix the busto issue.

Please test and confirm that it is working properly...

Aperfect10,

Awesome work. I think a "always post SB option"
would be nice.

I don't autopost BB, but when it comes around and I post, sometimes I forget to check autopost blinds, and I miss my SB and then I am FUCKVED!

LOL life is hard man.

Well, I unfortunately had the opportunity to test the new update after I busted HU, and it didn't work to rebuy. I had to pause the script and manually rebuy like before... For some reason this only happens while playing HU, all other times it works normal.

Well, I don't remember exact window messages, but you know em... After I lose the all in, it gives the window that you need to rebuy or whatever, and I click ok on that and then click rebuy button, and then it does the auto-rebuy feature, but it won't do it b/c I think it is trying to rebuy for like $0.00 or something along those lines.

It's not that big of a deal, so don't waste too much time on it. Thanks for the help and the great software.

DeMonster wont rebuy for $0.00...I have the coded in the script to make sure.

Something fishy is going on and I bet it's on Party's end..DeMonster opens the Buy-in window. Party already has the amount calculated. If you want to buyin short stacked i subtract the difference and enter it. Else I submit.

I should be releasing v2.0 shortly which will have complete installation plus a interface (GUI) for the settings so that you dont need to mess around with the text and your settings will be saved from update to update
