I've had 2 eCheck cashouts hit my account, last one took about 10 days. Not a single deposit has been taken from my bank account, and the first was in August. They say that they're trying to clear the backlog of cashouts before processing the purchases, but this is getting ridiculous.

Final cashout in my account. Apparently, deposits are not going to be taken until everyone has received their money. And then, when everyone has received their money, and stars have THEIR money, then they will look at compensation and switching eChecks back on. They say they want to make sure this never happens again before they commit to anything.
Makes sense.

So we should be getting close to the compensation and switching eChecks back on stage?

I know that I missed a $125.00 reload bonus while PokerStars and/or their agents held my Cash Out in Netelleresq limbo for a month. lol Catch 22...Stars is withholding the money that I need to (re)give to them to qualify for the bonus. lol

Probably lost other opportunity costs and interest as well.

This internet poker is getting so shaky as to make one permanently nervous.

I deposited the max of $600 onto Stars with the echecks on August 24 and then again on the 25th. So it's now been almost a month and a half that I'm waiting for $1200 to be withdrawn from my bank account. Anyone else been waiting quite this long?

I've had 2 deposits taken from my BofA account in the past week, both from late August. So slowly but surely, they're catching up.

Hopefully when they fix the kinks in the speed, they will re-introduce this as an option? Please?

I made two deposits on Sep. 2nd and two on Sep. 9th, still waiting for the funds to clear. I am actually considering just closing my bank account and closing my stars account as well. I am done with online poker.

Can you explain further why you want to steal the money?

I deposited way back on 8/30 (I think) with e-check and the funds never hit my account. About a week ago Stars sent me an e-mail saying they just subtracted the amount from my Stars account (basically negating the transaction). I only deposited $25 to try and open up the cash out echeck option, so this wasn't a big deal. I was actually going to e-mail Stars and suggest the very same thing if nothing had happened, etc.

Anyways, that's my update.

You'd defraud your bank and Stars over what, a couple hundred bucks? Douche.

I guess theoretically stars would have a tough time getting the funds back if you were to do this, but ethically it is wrong.
