Is Captain Obvious doing color in this game? On first down there, USF went with an empty backfield and CO says "Passing formation!" and then after the penalty, they show USF coach angrily yelling at the official and CO once again chimes in "He doesn't like the call."

USF is scrappy, 3-4 yards at a time. Hopefully they can get a TD because they can't kick it.
