I ended up giving up Benson for MJD. Still have Parker, Maroney, Portis, and Jacobs (8 team league) so I guess I'm gonna sit on him and hope he shows up

my roster:
QB: Kitna, Cutler
WR: harrison, burress, galloway, branch
RB: marooney, bush, fred taylor, chris brown, cadillac and brandon jacobs (should i cut him or just hold on?)
TE: eric johnson

8 man league, head to head. i got owned? or no?

plaxico and marvin harrison FOR lamont jordan, kellen winslow, and marques colston.

if its that bad i may still be able to cancel it but probaly not

Good lord. This is awful for you. What in the world did you think you were gaining?

Edit: Put it this way. I have never vetoed a trade in any league. I would seriously consider vetoing this trade because it looks like player dumping.

10-team league. My team. Start 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB and a flex.

QBs: McNabb, Romo
RBs: LT, Henry, Barber, Julius Jones, Ladell Betts
WRs: Harrison, Colston, Walker, Calvin Johnson, Santonio Holmes, Greg Jennings

I give up McNabb, Calvin Johnson and Julius Jones. I get Chad Johnson and Alex Smith. This is effective Week 4, so I get the McNabb v Det matchup and avoid Romo v Chi.

Pretty awesome trade, no? The big reason I made this trade is I have Henry, Harrison, Walker, Johnson and Holmes all on bye Week 6. So getting Chad helps that problem out.

I was really hoping you were going to say 3 RB and 2 WR or 2/2 and a flex. So you start 3 WR and you dump 2 and get back 1 who will put up worse numbers in return. When do you plan on starting Lamont Jordan? Not ahead of Maroney or Bush, I hope. Not ahead of Jacobs when he comes back (assuming he comes back. With a roster as deep as yours, cutting him would be bad)

So basically instead of

Harrison/Burress/Galloway + E. Johnson.

you have

Colston/Galloway/Branch + Winslow

The gap between Winslow and Johnson is far smaller than the gap between Harrison/Burress and Colston/Branch, regardless of the scoring structure. Plus, now you have no backup WRs for your bye weeks.

Shoot, I would take it. If it's not a PPR league, it's closer, but I would still make it. The guy is panicing, but LJ will start getting more carries down the line.
