Jafeather, try it for your self, its free to try and you can give me your feedback in the forum or via PM.

Deal. I admit, I was at first upset with those that gave the program such a hard time to begin with. After all the may negative posts, though, I refused to even download.

I will give the free version a try. I will report positives or negatives. Since I do not currently play the majority of my games at a site that is already supported, an accurate judgment of your program may take some time.

I really want your program to work as you do. I hope whatever bugs there are have already been worked out, or will be shortly.

PokerPro, is the table opener supposed to work yet? It doesn't work at all for me.

Why the hell is this being sold when it should obviously not be out of beta yet?

I wouldn't have released this at this point either but, to their credit, they are adding a lot of the features we are asking for. I'm giving them slack and chalking it up to growing pains since all of these new features likely pushed their product back into a beta state.

Hi Cubicle,
We have Full tilt and Poker Stars table openers currently supported, other sites will be available this week. We have a couple of people who are still having issues with full tilt opener but works fine for most. If you are having an issue, you should contact our support.

We have added Absolute Poker Buddy list support. Existing users will see Absolute Poker available within the dropdown list. If you don’t have Smart Buddy, you can download it at www.pokerprolabs.com/smartbuddy

when I try, FullTilt just bogs down and is unplayable within a couple minutes of opening SmartBuddy. If I restart comp, FT works just fine, but the minutes I open Smart Buddy again, boom, unplayable lag happens...

Regarding the slow down with Fulltilt, I am not sure what it could as smart buddy works on its own.

This is back from page 1 or so... any idea about what is going on ?????
it's gotta be something with Windows 2000.
cause if I run smart buddy on my Windows XP laptop, it works fine...
only p0roblem is i dont play on my laptop, i play on my main computer w/ Windows 2000...

and also, I can't even update smartbuddy. at the end of the update, it just says "update failed"

so I cant even open smart buddy right now...

hmmm

I have 94 buddies in there for FT
and i have 1 online right now
and it says he's at table xxx

but when I open it, he is not there...

I dont know if Smart Buddy is just not updating very fast or what, but it's been like this for 5 min easily, with him NOT at the table...

and for the lag problem... it seems fine when I just have tables open right now, but i haven't tried actually playing on 6-8 tables yet... i probalby will tomorrow and really test it to see if it lags.

I think this program is pretty unethical in that it circumvents the hide from search feature. I realize stars made them add an opt out feature on the website but the average stars fish will have no idea about that. All they know is that they are hidden from search and they should be able to trust that the site will protect them.

Reading Silent's comments was disgusting "who cares about their privacy we just want their money." It's attitudes like this that push online poker into a gray area and make people want to abolish it.

I hope stars considers only allowing the program if it does not circumvent the hide from search feature, period.

Software looks nice.
Do you have any plans in making the network protocol public?
I would like to have an easy to parse text oriented protocol so
I can write my own apps.
Like I would write a miranda plugin and a tool that notifies
me via sms if a very big fish goes online etc..

We do have this available, if you are interested you can PM me and I will get you all the info.
