at the home game I wasn't totally a nit.

Besides sucking terribly at everything other than holdem, I cold-called two bets in my BB vs Todd's reraise with J9o, as well as checkraised the turn (for value?) with AK ui.

fwiw the dealers at foxwoods are OK, and the floorstaff is pretty damn good.

I had a dealer comment on a player's range a number of times, or comment on a player cold-calling K2s after the player left the table. Basically wtf, they should realize that they're poker robots.

I once looked right at a dealer and said, "Dude, that's not your job." I was kinda pissed.

Also, I had a cashier try to pay me $215 when I was cashing $315. Basically she set my first $100 in red aside, then counted 100, then counted the rest separately. Twice, after I corrected her the first time. I mean... wtf, seriously?

Anyways, that's the first time I've encountered cashier error in like 4 years of live play, so whatever, no big deal, but I'm surprised. Let this be a lesson: know what you're cashing out.

Calling in advance to get poker rates on rooms is a good idea too, because the hotel basically gets to allot rooms to the poker rate and set the poker rate, as far as I can tell, so the further in advance that you do this, the better your chances will be.

David C,

One of these days, we're going to have to convince you to combine 5 serial posts into one post.

I'm thinking sleeping in the same bad with another man while you're naked after sticking your penis in one of his orifices makes you gayer.

May want to verify that one with tyler, though.

DAmnit I never should have drank that much. I woke up with an ass tat.

That's not an ass tat.. it's a c-stain! Better run to the closest free clinic.

BTW, I have had the cage try to over pay me twice in my last two trips to Vegas. One, the Venetian cage lady tried to give me an extra c-note. No biggie I guess, but the last time my wife and I were in Vegas, the Bellagio cage tried to give me $2800 instead of $1800! Man was that lady greatful that I corrected her!!!!

Free buffet for me and the wifey... not quite $1000, but I did not ask, nor really expect anything. A floorman happened to be standing right by the cage and heard her thank me profusly (sp? too lazy to look it up, and I don't have he spell checker install on my firefox) several times and inquired to what was going on. He quickly offered up 2 comped buffets.

For sure, me getting an extra grand is not worth someone losing their job over.
