how long has it taken for money to hit your acct when withdrawing from epassporte? i did a withdraw on tuesday (5/1) and it still hasn't hit my bank acct (5/4), even though in my epassporte account the money has been withdrawn...

anyone know if you load epass with BOFA (bank of america) Visa Check Card still? i did so a couple months ago and i got the call from BOFA asking me to confirm it was me making the purchase, which i did.
seems like i heard that bofa was no longer allowing the loading of epass accounts with the bofa check card - anyone try this lately at all?> thx. |

For everyone out there I would advise against doing a bank wire transfer from epassporte. I transferred 20k on the 19th of April from epassporte to my bank account and I have yet to receive it. I called epassporte on April 29th and I was told it takes 7-10 business days to receive and that I would receive the transfer on the 1st-4th of May. Call back today and they tell me that the money was sent on the 19th and I need to contact my bank. I question why when I called on the 29th they told me it was yet to be sent their response “I’m not sure.” Thinking it might be in limbo I call my bank and they tell me no such transaction has occurred. Call epassporte back and they tell me that they have contacted my bank and the bank said everything was alright and the transaction went through. They told me they would create a ticket with account verification to find my missing money. From past experiences such tickets tend to take at least 10 days to get a response from. Any thoughts on how I should proceed?

About the debit card for ATM withdraws. Since I withdraw on a currency other than US dollar I'm being charged some additional fees by visa. My calculations is showing I'm losing 3% of everything I take out, is there any way I can decrease this?(Maybe buy things at POS directly instead of taking the cash)
