Stuey and the Garage-

For a long time, I thought I was the only one with a Sideshow Bob avatar. It seems, however, that Hornacek also has a Sideshow Bob. Leaving aside the question of why he doesn't have a picture of Hornacek as his avatar, I suppose it's time for a change. Can you hook me up with an awesome Serpico avatar?

Thanks!

[/ QUOTE ]

Any hope for the Serpico avatar? Anything you make will probably be great, but maybe a clip of him freaking out and throwing stuff all over the room with the caption "Easy, Serpico" would be good.

Oh, and the 1970s Al Pacino Serpico, of course.

Thanks!

You guys got me into the spirit. This is a simple one, but better than the static one I had before:

Will imageshack host this indefinitely?

I had no idea who this was or what was going on so I watched the whole Youtube clip. I think I'm in love.

Stuey or anyone else who is good at this,

I'd love something with with 0:33-0:37 of this. The spots where it starts and ends should be pretty easy to see. Also, if the following image could be put in at the beginning or end for a second or so, that'd be even better.

I want to learn how to do these, too.

2. A screen recorder like this one from zdsoft. Dukesucks showed me this software and I like it more than any of the others I have found. It is freeware.

I can't get this program to work well. What settings do you use with it so it captures the video smoothly?

Here are my settings.

This comp I use for this stuff is old it is a 800MHz! It should not even be able to run most of these programs. But it does fine. DukeSucks gets the best results using the screen recorder. I am not sure why but he always gets more frames and better quality than I do. Here is what I know.

1. It is streaming video so you can only record what you see. If the video is skipping or is fuzzy you will just record that. There are variables that cause these things. Stuff like the speed and quality of your internet contection, the speed of you computer, other programs you a multitasking while using this program(poker tables and PT/GT will lag the recording), you setting one itube(set the screen to the smallest setting). There might be other things this is all I know.

2. The Base FPS frame/sec might be set to high or too low experiment what works best with you hardware and your type of internet conection.

3. It will never work if you have don't have the hardware acceleration in Windows Media Player disabled. More info on that here.

I think that is it.

I found my problem, I had the game recorder instead of the video recorder. Now I have my video all recorded, cut up, and in the right order, but I can't find the ImageReady program at all on the Adobe site. Is it under a different name maybe? Am I just dumb?
