I haven't read the whole thread, but how can he prove that he put the money was in the safe? For all Harrahs knows he coulda donked it off at another casino pr something.

I think the part that bugs me the most is that they didn't give you a new room. Ok fine, you only get 750$. but give the man a new room, that one got trashed !


side note:

1) Send some friends back to the rio, have them check in with 50k. Have them not put it in the box up front.
2) Get them to ask about a good place to go to dinner and show
3) while the Rio staff think they are away, get your friends to hide in the room.
4) suprise thief
5) ?
6) profit

Is this story for real? I just assumed the hotel safes were bogus. Does the casino have to fill out an SAR if you post more than $10k?
