The steady drumbeat resonated throughout the hall. The roaring fires of Torak blazed high. The altar, stained blood red, awaited the next sacrifice. The quiet robed figures lingered, and expectation hung heavy in the air.

Finally, the presiding cleric raised the sacrificial knife high. He waited. It took 6 Grolims to wrestle the huge bear of a man onto the vile altar. The cleric proclaimed the glory of the Dragon God Torak, and sliced through his victim, cutting straight to the heart, and seizing it with glee.

The brave hero won however. Even as the knife pierced his skin, the mighty Cherek called "Belar!", a single cry to the Alorn god. Even as his heart was lofted high by the triumphant priest, the body of Barak, known to the adventurers only as Kyro, glowed and vanished.

The dreamer awakened with a shock. He knew what had happened and quickly roused the camp. Torak's followers had spirited away noble Barak overnight, and it was far too late for the adventurers to save him. He sleeps in the arms of Belar now. Now the party must be even swifter in locating the Servants of Torak among them.

A couple more clarifications:

1. IT IS NOW DAY! Come on people.

2. If Errand is seen by a sorceror and that sorceror is killed by the bad guys the same night both go through. Think of it like the sorcerors act, then the bad guys act.

3. If Errand is seen and Garion is converted to Belgarion, Belgarion does not die if he votes for Torak and Torak is killed in battle during the day. Every other player on the good side however would die this way. Also, Belgarion's vote would be valid.

ok, barak isn't a HUGE loss it seems....any ideas where to start? A vote count might be a good place to begin with.

We don't get any official vote count, traz, so just take pistolero's last one and add whatever happened after in the thread for the unofficial. That's all we'll be getting.

As far as Barak, he could really only try to shield Garion. Other than that, no real power.

I realise that. I was implying that I'm too lazy to put together a current vote count, even with where pistolero left off :P

I am pretty firmly on Mdorand or Elevens for this round. Mdorand played the puppy dog to Kyro as Kyro was voting for villagers. Elevens just openly said he would follow him. If it isn't wolfy, it is a bit nauseating.

I much prefer Mdorand to start though.

So I wne through and counted everyone that kyro accused at one time or another on the first day. I don't think this is instructive at all, but I present it for comedic value.

pistolero

traz

I hope I didn't miss anyone. Yay kyro.

Wow, kyro only accused 8 out of 21 other people? He's really slipping.
