I've been a horrible sleep run lately, been going to sleep at 6am-8am, waking up at 2pm-3pm. The thing is I have a 3 1/2 hr class at noon , and I'm always not as focused as I could be. Monday I worked on a paper till 8 or so , woke up at 10 to continue working until class, didn't go to sleep till like 11pm that night. I thought that would get me back into the swing of things but I slept till 4pm, sleep beat.
