Is it a bad sign for a month, when on day 1 of the month you have by far your worst day ever?

So I'm moving away from home soon and I've been looking at some places around town.

I play NL400 now and made $10k last month (haven't made less than $5k in one month this year, just under $60k total this year). Would a place for $1100/month + utilities/food/etc be too much to rely on poker for? Obviously it's my full time job but I am a student which starts up again in September.

Figured this would be the best place to post this.

PS. I spend way too much money on crap I don't need, so I don't really have a ton of money saved. I have invested a bunch that I won't see for a while though.
