Hmm I gotta learn to relax and focus at the tables. I got so spewy at NL100 that I decided to fire up two NL200 tables so I wouldn't spew money mindlessly. It worked very well and I made good effort to think through every hand. Well except for a few spews against shortstacks but that's pretty standard. If I could maintain this kind of focus and calmness I'm sure I would crush SSNL.

Hehe as I was typing this I noticed I was about to time out on another table and quickly tried to bet 7 with my flopped set and by accident added a 0.... here's the result:
