Sorry, I don't have Neteller anymore, I'm American. I originally posted here needing a transfer and scumbags like FakePlasticTrees and FullTiltNoob smell blood and come out of the woodwork. How pathetic is it that you have to scam someone out of $20?

hey do you have a paypal virtual debit card? cuz i can't find it on my account. It's not under my profile. I found out that I think u need to have at least $1 for it to show up. I have $0 on paypal but I have a paypal plus credit card which I have not received in the mail yet. Maybe u would help me by me sending you money on paypal (from my paypal plus credit card) and then you send it back to me (not as a refund), so that my debit card option shows up, which i can then hopefully use to load my paytru account.
