my standard when i played 50nl at stars was to shove pre. in my experience people who raised pre RARELY would fold to a shove so i just throw it in.

One of the pretexts under which UIGEA was passed was that the inability of the U.S. to regulate foreign gambling sites would allow underage gamblers to access them freely. One of the few arguments that sites like PokerStar's have against this is that the legal players and the site can cooperatively police the games themselves. As far as I'm concerned Diceman took the course of action that is in the best long term interest of the rest of us legal players.

As a side note:

1) Announcing to the entire table that you are gambling illegally underage is stupid.

2) I strongly feel that it is in the best interest of the human race to punish stupid acts whenever possible.
