I can't believe some of the hands you guys post! The highest I play is nl50 and I never get stacks handed to me so lightly.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think you are doing something very very wrong if that is the case

I'm sure I am, but it is one of those seasons where I can't win. Today I flopped a full house vs. quads, lol.

I only have a brief history with this guy, but figured I was ahead on turn. He has been bluffing frequently, so I thought I would give him a chance to bluff the river. If it weren't for the spade, I would have raised.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (9 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($375.30)
BB ($447.45)
UTG ($415)
UTG+1 ($317.50)
MP1 ($417.70)
Hero ($236.80)
MP3 ($586.20)
CO ($409.40)
Button ($400)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

SB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $24, SB folds, UTG+1 calls $24.

Turn: ($112) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks.

Stop folding top pair and overpairs all the time. A lot of the stacks that get handed to these players are in hands where someone wins with 1 pair. Look at blunty's hand for instance. He had A10 on an AQ4 board and was fine getting it in on the flop. Most people would not and thus the guys bluff would have worked.
