samo vs KKF revisited

Question regarding rules of the match,

This thread has gotten kinda out of hand, and so this may have been discussed and I missed it, but my question is: If money is held by FSU (or whoever) as insurance against either party quitting early, how much of that money is forfeited in the event of a backout? What I mean is, since they are playinga cashgame for a set amount ("until either party loses 50K"), and then FSU is holding different monies (my understanding is he is holding another 50K), what happens if one party loses 25K then quits, does he lose 75K total then? Maybe I have this completely backwards, can someone straighten me out here? And gogogogogogogo Samo!

I could be wrong but didn't KKF once make a post here that said someone's sceenname on PP and the most effective way to defeat him, and if so was he suspended or banned?
BTW I am not complaining, I am just curiuos to the difference other than the racial components to hotmarks comments.
