Well I didn't understand a ton of it either, but I think the port bill is the late one to be dealt with before the adjournment tonight.

It seems there's going to be 3 roll call votes, then the port security bill (IF it matches what's on their desk, probably by unanimous consent, then the vote to adjourn. That's what it sounded like to me.
