I might be the only person here who's made vaguely sad reading this stuff, but whatever. I suppose it should all be in good fun, blah blah blah let's laugh at others' pain ha ha ha, but I'm not feeling it. I don't actually know anyone involved on a grown-up real world level, but Anacardo seems to me to be a very sincere and extremely sensitive person. He reminds me of me 10 years ago, and being me 10 years ago sucked balls. And if the cool kids are kicking him when he's down, that makes me angry.

I also have no idea how whatever vague internet relationships people have on here ever progress to this point, but maybe that's a generational thing. I forget sometimes that this isn't just a lark for everybody, a way to while away the boring hours on the tables or at work. This disconnect leaves me approximately 75% thrilled that I don't have to deal with this crap, 25% feeling old and left out.

Anacardo, I don't know how I started not giving a [censored] about what other people thought of me, but it made me a much, much, happier person. I think I just got tired of situations like this tearing me up and said [censored] it and moved on. Honestly, my life has been so much better since that happened. Also, if there's serious question as to your mental health on a better-see-a-doctor basis, please seek some assistance. There's no more shame in that than going to a doctor when you have the flu.
