If you click on it it will ask you for the url that's associated with your picture. Paste the url (location of your picture) into that image box. If you do it right you will see the picture in your message preview. Some of us use imageshack to host our pictures so as not to give away the film name in the URL. Let me know if you have any problems and we'll talk you through it.

 edit: didn't come out like i planned how do i make it bigger? just change the resolution on the upload page?

You may not be able to make it any bigger than that. Don't know. You may just have to try a different picture that is bigger to start with. Someone might still guess your pic the way it is. You never know with these guys. They're pretty good with films.
