Guy is super aggressive postflop & 30/25 over a small sample. Raising range could be wider than 25% here from what I've seen.

what about raise? you're deep, and will have position post flop. He might fold to a shove, unless he has a nice hand which more than likely beats you (he might call TT, AK, AQ... will call JJ-AA)

[/ QUOTE ]

This is why I was asking, he might call w/ TT,JJ,AQ,AK in BvB here. He may stack off with these postflop too. I don't know what to do vs a relative unknown here. Do I want to fold those hands out on the flop along with the possibility of an A or K flop.

[/ QUOTE ]

Id usually just get it in. Youre going to get called by hands youre ahead of often enough to profit. If you take a flop and the board come all undercards you wont stack AK anyway, and youre likely to lose youre stack to AA KK anyway, so you might as well shove pre.

[/ QUOTE ]

what about stack preservation when deep. This just seems too risky... in SNG this is fine, but it is still only one pair... what about big hands big pots... small hands small pots...

I usually check and let the LAG try to bluff the river if I think my hand has a good chance of being ahead. I doubt a blocking bet gets called by a worse hand here.

check/call a small bet on river, imo. He could have any pair higher than you.

QQ is a big hand. There's a chance I could be wrong here, but I'm pretty sure shoving is not a mistake.

If his range is 99+, AQs, AK you're about even money but that seems fairly wide to me even considering the history between you.

I'd consider the 3 bet action before this hand if there was any and 3 betting pf is an option. I've begun folding 22-44 in the sb because it just plays so badly for me. If the pot is going to be 3way or more I'll play but not hu.

You put almost 50% of your stack in the pot pf with virtually nothing.

4 bet habitual 3 betters or over shove with hands that showdown well.

Stop opening with Q9s in the CO if btn habitually 3 bets.

Find another table.
