what has YOUR job to do with his feelings for your mother?!? I'd call this threat and wait for him to open fold his relationship with your mother on the next street. You and your mother split the pot worth of one idiot less to be around.

PS. I am often responsible for dodgy strat advice, but yeah the strategy threads have seemed really ropey to me lately too.
