People do this at every level. There are players as bad as the worst NL5 players at levels up to NL1000. The thing I have found is that there are less of them in the low stakes games than in the micro and midstakes games. Either people suck and stick to micros because they like to gamble, but don't want to pour money into it or they have a ton of money and are able to toss around a few grand each week. Thus, they stick to NL10&gt; or &gt;NL400 in my experience.
