Re: **Official** uNL Microbrew Thread - October
Hey,
I was considering doing a poker "clinic", I was wondering if there would be any interest in this and what stakes you guys would want to see. If you are interested PM me, it would prob be like $25. |

bored SSNL player here.... ummm, I assume ppl would watch a 50 nl video if I made it? [/ QUOTE ] i will. i've found that im not getting very many calls post flop. this is good because i take down a lot of small pots. this is bad because i take down a lot of small pots. there are tons of spots i have to bet but do i just bet less sometimes to get some action? i dont want to get tricky but they force me to since i dont get called. |

[/ QUOTE ] I would say bonus medals, the freerolls take a bunch of money from your MGR ($100 MGR a month for ironman), and with the medals you can get the cash bonuses. |

LOL at tournaments.
Value betting K3 for toppair on 3 streets and winning a hand. |

Diceman - are you a nit? [/ QUOTE ] yes but im working on opening up my game. i just enjoy running 10+bb/100. the other thing being that i still play 10NL so i dont think that a lot of the fish that instafold to my bets everytime are paying that much attention. 15/10/2 over 9k hands at 10NL, 16/11.5/2 over 22k hands at 5NL. |

Parseval is 2+2 I think (there was a huge BBV thread about him playing 10k hands a day for the rest of a month or something) and he's a bad bad tagfish. I think I remember him being like 16/7 or something. [/ QUOTE ] I don't believe this was Parseval's post when I think it was Nogatsira made a post about 10k hands a day for the rest of the month... Parseval to me is running much looser than 16/7 and loves to call 3 bets lightly in order to catch flops. To me: VinnyFerret is now on my new stars hit list and I even started the idea of giving out stakes on my own forum based on the idea that people tell me when he's playing and for each table I can sit with him at, I will give them $ towards a small stake... how does that idea sound? Yesterday I had him calling all in 5 bets with just KQ high and donking straights left and right. Sickening to be honest... no idea how this kid keeps a roll... On a lighter note, today is my 24th birthday.. gonna get ready to go out and not sure if it would be in my best interest to play tonite with the idea of losing $ on my birthday is not fun, but the gambling mentality is telling me that winning $ on my birthday would make it a helluva lot more fun.. Go Rockies, Go Boston In the end, Boston wins the WS IMO. The end. |
