Nah havent done a thing, it was working perfectly fine this morning at 9am, now it just isn't and I get that error.

It should be port 5432 I think not 5342. 5432 is the port that is used to access your database from another computer. You might have something goofy going on...

Try This

The Advanced Settings section will default the server name and the port # to localhost and 5432. For the majority of users, these values will not need to be changed. These are the default PostgreSQL settings. If you are a user that has setup your database on another computer/server, you can change these settings to match your configuration.
