why would they go shotgun and motion Rice out of the backfield?

If they wanted to pass, wasn't a better time for play action deep

I have no idea what they are doing, other than getting way to cute. Those trick plays are going to their head and seriously Teel is not Matt Ryan or Colt Brennan, Ray Rice is your guy, go to him please.
