Public Service Announcement: BobO has been banned

If I understand the software correctly, you can block someone from posting on a forum by forum basis. It seems like a good policy is to just block access to a forum if someone is perceived as a troll or nuisance there (vice doing something like spamming, sticking tubgirl in line, or some other crime against humanity).

Bobo sucks at posting -> Bobo gets banned. It's really simple, and it's not like he was some awesome POG poster. I would've banned him in POG a long time ago anyways.

Some of you know him personally so you're biased. But his online persona sucks and I have no problem with him being banned. Maybe next time he won't suck at posting and he'll try not to be a huge dick.

I think exiling him is better than banning him, since we don't care if he hangs out in POG...but he sucks as a poster and that's enough justification to ban him. He sucks bad, and it's pretty much agreed upon by most of 2p2. The thing is, he makes NO EFFORT to post better. None. His attitude has ALWAYS been "I'm me, if you don't like it F off". So you know what, ok, this is how to deal with it.

not one quoted post is banworthy. Meb claims he deleted the banworthy ones, so i guess we will have to take his word on it

I am not a terrible poster. I am a dick in game sometimes, but I do not suck at posting. Bobo sucks at posting in every forum AND HE DOESN'T CARE OR TRY TO POST BETTER

I'll admit that I do have a personal bias...not because I know BobO, but because I was unjustly banned myself 1.5 years ago. I started an OOT thread that many people thought was incredibly funny. <font color="green">[censored]</font> didn't feel the same way. He stepped in and posted "[censored] 999 days!"

I had lots of important PMs from poker players about coaching and RB stuff that was inaccessible. I PM'd <font color="green">[censored]</font> very nicely about getting the ban lifted and his reply was "Yeah, maybe 999 days was a bit harsh. Get back to me in a few days and I might reconsider." Another mod unbanned me and <font color="green">[censored]</font> was furious. He exiled me from OOT and there was a war in the mod forum. After about 2 weeks worth of PMs back and forth with Ryan, I was let back in.

So yeah...
