Hey, leave'em alone!! His self-esteem problems are more than enough torment, sort of like inflamed psychic hemoroids.

Listening is the important component of communication and clearly he is weak on it. What I DID write was I learned to play in tight-aggressive limit games. It teaches discipline and a proper sense of hand values. What I DID NOT write was that I do that now. I still play 10/20 sometimes, but I've been forced to play in the NL games because, thanks to TV, that's what's being spread. And, indeed, many of the players sporting the new aviator glasses are like the narrator in the clip: rude, arrogant, brash and pathetically unversed. Yes, they are a true asset to the game and so terrible I didn't realize the utube thing was a hoax. I thought it pretty accurate.

FWIW, I'm a former Fla resident (Broward County). I'm a used-to-be dealer and now play fulltime in my declining years. Good luck to y'all. A further FWIW, a Floridian associate advised me to visit the Sunshine State and I'm looking at this thread to verify what he told me. It seems true, meaning dunce city.

You're really taking this joke-video awfully seriously and seemingly getting quite defensive.

Weren't we talking about poker in Florida?

Who cares about some joke video of a guy playing as bad as a good in a play-money internet SNG?

Default no sense of humor?

25919 posts? I have, what, 4? And I'm taking things too seriously?

FWIW, I used to post here before there was user registration and anarchy reigned. There was a two day period, say, five years ago, when the IP address of posters was disclosed and I found one whacko with over eighty posts under a score of identities, many of them impersonations, including an impersonation of me. Of course, (almost) all his posts were inflamatory.

BTW, are you a Floridian?

HARD ROCK TAMPA REPORT FRIDAY JUNE 6 NOON

Just got out of there. Here is the deal

Limit 4/8 hold em is still allowed. Bets IN LIMIT GAMES ARE NOT LIMITED TO $5 as of right when I am posting this. Just saw a 4/8 limit game there an hour ago.

There is a $100 max buyin on the 1/2 NL games

[/ QUOTE ]
I am assuming you meant 6 July....I was at the HR at 3pm yesterday (Friday) and there didn't appear to be any sign of a $4/8 limit hold 'em. Do you have to special request it? (I just didn't see it on the sign up computer screen, so I didn't ask.)

If any 2+2ers are down any amount of money playing NO LIMIT in Florida I would be surprised.

This environment is practically a license to steal right now........

Good lord, man! There's no room for straightforward rational thinking here. Where do you think you are? This is an internet forum for crying out loud!

Leave the "cat" alone. I think it's quite impressive.

Hi Yes lol I meant July 6th. There was a 4/8 limit game going that morning at the Tampa Hard Rock. There was one table of 4/8 and I guess it broke up a few hours later.

I'm mostly on here NOT taking things very seriously but just interested in what's going on or goofing off.

I feel like I have already mentioned in roughly 200 of my 26k posts already:
I'm moving to Panama City area next week but am not there yet.
I traveled all around Florida for my work for 6 years so I'm somewhat familiar with the region down there too although not so much with the casinos themselves.
