I want to filter by specific limit and 6-max vs FR, i.e. only NL100 6-max in the lobby.

I thought this was the best suggestion:

2. turbo tourneys

Until I read this:

The EXACT same avatars I always turbo-block.

But seriously, more turbo tourneys and more regular (i.e. non-satelite) tourneys please.

Software is too slow, so speed it up. It shouldn't be too hard to fix, and it would also mean more money to them.

[/ QUOTE ]

please please please lee speed up the deal

also support for multi tabling would be amazing. why not develop a PokerStars specific gamepad and send it to all VIPs...then they just plug in via USB and are good to go.

Create some more filters for the lobby.

[/ QUOTE ]

Hi there -
I'm not sure if this addresses your concern, but by right-clicking the column headers in the lobby, you get an Excel-like multiple-field sort dialog. For instance, it would fix:

it would be nice if I didn't have to dig through a bunch of random PLO SNGs when I'm looking for a 25+2 NLHE SNG.

immediately.

That's very cool but I need to filter game, date, buyin AND state. The sort options only give 3 options.

[/ QUOTE ]

I didn't know about this and it definitely is very cool.

A 4th filter would help.
But if you want to do it by game, buy-in and limit and THEN checkmark the box for 'show registering only' I think this should pretty much cover it.

I also notice that this right-click ability is available for the cash-games lobby too.

We are reviewing dealing speeds at all the major sites; you definitely got our attention on that.

Note, though, that our deal is extremely fast. It may just be the animation that's bugging you. Until we're done with our research, you may find that turning off animation (In the main lobby: Options -> Animation) will solve the problem for you.

Best regards,

Very nice. How about also addressing the many requests about partial FPPs?

We would rather have a clear no from your side than the silence we meet everytime we request this.

At least we would know there is no hope ahead.

I agree that the deal itself is quite fast; competitive at least. It's the interstitial times that get somewhat painful, especially posting the antes in order in Stud games. Add this to autoposting being significantly slower than other sites and a quite long delay for the pot to be shipped and there's a lot of time between hands.

I just counted and there are five full seconds between the winner of a hand being determined and the start of the next hand. That's extremely slow and should be fairly easy to speed up.

Edit: by the start of the next hand I mean when SB is asked to post. That five seconds is all pot-shipping time.

This is spot on, please read this Lee. Deal is very fast without animation but the all-in's and time between hands etc is what slows things down a lot compared to other sites.

The new VIP bonuses are a nice attempt, but kinda weak in my opinion.

$285 for 25K FPP's equals 1.1 cents per FPP (not counting the fact that you need to earn additional FPP's on top of what you spend in order to clear the $285 bonus)

For Supernova players the $1,500 for 100K FPP's works out to 1.5 cents per FPP, again not counting the fact that you need to earn additional FPP's to clear it.

Meanwhile obtaining Sklanksy's and Millers No Limit Hold Em Theory and Practice (retail value about $30) for 2K FPP's works out to 1.5 cents per FPP.

A $2,500 travel certificate for 145K FPP's comes to 1.7 cents per FPP. Even the paltry $500 travel certificate for 30K FPP's is 1.6 cents per FPP.

So the "VIP Bonus" cash seems kinda weak compared with other offerings, especially when you factor in having to clear it.

And I don't mean to nitpick here, since you still have by far THE BEST PLAYER POINTS STORE I'VE EVER SEEN. So thanks for listening to all us nits grumbling and even adding some of our suggestions.
