Is this promo showing up on your "My Account" page? I got the mail but I can't see anything about it on "My Account" page.

In the email it said to send them any suggestions or let them know what you think.
So I sent them an email telling them I think the NL players are getting screwed and that they are telling their higher game NL players that they are just worth the same to them as a NL50 player.

they sent me back this response.

Those of us who have an unrealistic target are sorta screwed on this one. Will this be THE promotion for the next 8 weeks? I'm guessing yes. Oh well, it's an interesting concept... maybe if I play less at Party my next offer will be more reasonable.

Im a bronze level 50NL/100NL player. Doing some rough calcs, it would take roughly 11,500 hands a week at those levels to clear this.

If I made the switch to 3/6limit full, only 5,600 or so hands according to the SpreadSheet someone made (thanks!)

Worth it to move to limit for a few weeks?

Also, this may have been mentioned, sorry if it has, but I didnt see it while reading throught he thread. Does this get paid in one lump sum at the end of the promo or is it released weekly?

So for my offer of 1305 points for $120, and at 15 pts/20 raked at the 5/10 blue level, I need 1740 raked hands per week or something under 3k hands/wk total? Seems ridiculously easy, especially if my raked hands/total hands ratio is high, which it probably is.

For 1620 points I calculated that you need about 5000 hands at 3/6 full-ring.

3/6 is 12 points per 20 raked-hands.

1620 points is 2700 raked-hands.
55% of hands raked at 3/6 full = 4909 total hands


Perhaps he is counting 3/6 full as 49 or 50% raked...whereas over my last 7k hands on full-ring it's been 55%.



2700 raked-hands for $130 = 4.8 cents per raked-hand in value for you.

I'm at almost exactly the same according to my calcs (4.7 cents...I'm 13005 pts for $525 at gold-level, playing 3/6).

I worked it out to be equivilent to 21% rakeback at 3/6 full in my case.


Up to you whether you want to switch or not for 21-22% rakeback on the limit tables.
I'm still debating (because I can never make up my mind)
