np. adanthar contributed a lot to the msnbc article (mad props to him btw), but i suggest that those who want the nitty gritty details take a look at the threads in bbv. bbv and the non 2p2 parties involved did a hell of a job in uncovering this. it was sherlock holmes/colombo level detective work. [/ QUOTE ] I was just reading the cliff notes thread in bbv. Wow, seriously amazing detective work there. 2p2 parties who were involved in uncovering it should be very proud. Unbelievable that this could happen. |

Re: October Brent and Scott Thread
the videos did not tilt me as bad as they could have-- he was not taking full advantage of the fact that he could see the whole cards (who knows whether this is b/c he just sucks or b/c he thought he was covering his tracks).

Re: October Brent and Scott Thread
There is absolutely no way they can spin this into a positive. I am hoping that no one pays attention, and that is the best we can all hope for. I can see Frist: I told you so, hahahahahahahahahahha!!!!
No good player would be willing to use this software. Yes, this player sucks. Look at Greycat. Not mentioned much in the thread, but he is the one that got this whole thing started. He was a HUGE donator and then one day started running over the tables. I think that AP releasing that particular HH was planned. They were hoping every one would say "meh, lucky over-aggro donk." The truly damning evidence would be the times he folded a FH on the river, which you know he must have done when he was cold-decked. But yes, good work to them all. |

Sorry, POTRIPPER did get it all started, but Greycat is a major player in all of this as well.

Re: October Brent and Scott Thread
Well, today was the first of the Deer/Elk hunting season here in Montana.
We left the house at 7:15. By 9:00 I had my elk down. By 9:18 my wife had her elk down. We will be eating very good this year!! |

Re: October Brent and Scott Thread
So how long does it take for you to butcher the meat? Forgive me if I've asked you this before but which do you prefer, elk or deer meat?

[/ QUOTE ] Well, I have never actually butchered an elk myself. I am doing my own this year so I may be better able to answer that question after tomorrow. I did an antelope today and it took me about three hours. Still have to dry the jerky but that is it for the antelope. The elk are going to be a much bigger job. I prefer elk over anything but the deer around here are very good eating as well. If anyone is interested here is a link to some pictures Elk Pictures |
