Well, I just checked my rakeback account. I have officially, as of today, Sept. 14, have turned what was $36 on Feb. 16 into $10,000 today.

That may not be a big deal to any of you guys, but I'm damn proud of myself. I originally had set a goal of $10,000 by February 1, 2008, back in May and well, here it is just a few months later and I've hit it.

: patsselfonback: Yay me!

I would like to thank the fellas in our little study group that meets almost nightly for helping e/o other and keeping me even keeled during this.

Here's to the next $10,000!!!

Thanks fellas.

In all seriousness, it helps that I've never had to withdraw any of the money and that I have a group of really good 2p2/poker friends that help e/o out.

Also, I stay pretty grossly over-rolled for whatever level I play, so that there is little tilt.

I still have a TON to learn and am always working on my game, trying to fix my many leaks. Eventually, I would like to make it up to the MSNL games where I can make a comfortable living, but in the meantime, I'm content grinding away and learning, learning, and more learning.
