Ok, a low aggression factor doesn't imply slowplay, but it doesn't rule it out. Some people just don't take the lead ever, especially early in the hand. And people love to slowplay very strong hands, so if you're behind, it's probably 2 pair.

CO is 20/14 reg who's hand is never big enough on later streets.
Button is relative unknown, don't recall any reraises from him, only bets on checked streets. He's 19/9 at this point, 97 hands. Haven't seen him float a 2nd barrel prior to this:

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

CO: $542.10
BTN: $211.15
SB: $202.70
BB: $237.90
Hero (UTG): $215.15

Pre-Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero raises to $7, CO calls $7, BTN calls $7, 2 folds

Standard pfr with pocket pair. I only hate calls if I don't hit a set.

Flop: ($24) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero bets $17, CO calls $17, BTN calls $17

Yatzee! Set with a sweet flop that should've hit at least one of them. Oh, look - it hit them both! This is usually awesome, but then...no reraise, wtf. I really want it in on the flop.

Turn: ($75) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero bets $55, CO calls $55, BTN calls $55

Okay, this turn hit the inside of the straight so it's somewhat less likely to have filled anyone's hand, although AJ is doing the happy dance (both of them would've played AJ this way, I think). Here I lead out knowing my hand just got weaker - the board is scary as hell, so someone better wake up and raise me and tell me I'm in trouble (I'll still get it in here vs one of them, if I get reraise/call I'm out). When they BOTH call I'm probably done with the hand if the river sucks. Lo and behold...

River: ($240) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks, BTN bets $48

The river sucks. At this point, Mr.MUBS in CO is still in the hand so when Button bets I'm 90% sure I'm beat in at least one spot. I really don't know what to do here, and as an acknowledged P.O.W. it absolutely kills me to lay down a bluffcatcher getting 5:1 when he could've had KT,KQ, plus approximately 427 other hands, but I'm pinched if floyd either got there or was already there, and then I'm going to want to kill kittens if I have to fold to a check/shove with $88 left in what would be ~$500 pot.

How much does this suck?

[/ QUOTE ]

Anyone want to comment here? My opinion was affected because I saw the result before I thought hard enough about this and I'm really not sure what to do here.

also - Great post Chris, its good to see you posting again

Getting 5-to-1 I think you have to make a crying call. I think you can beat some of their possible holdings enough to make it profitable.

River: ($103.75) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Hmmm I think my mistake is going all in on the flop because the only hands I really beat are 9's, 10's. I didn't think he has Q's+ because he would of 3-bet me right? I am beat by 4's, 8's ,6's,Q's+. A better line on the flop would be to just call his raise and then reevulate on the turn? Aren't most people who mini raise bets donks though thats why I went all in. What would I do I on turn if I just called his mini raise?

Is this standard? On the flop he could have AQ, set of 7's or 5's or 86s. I still can't tell when are you suppose to go broke with a overpair and when you aren't suppose to. The turn is a good card because no straight hit. Probably raise more on the flop?
