Hm, so they always happen 2 at a time? If you win 2 cooler situations, fold your next bottom set when someone plays back at you and also fold your baby flush when someone raises you, that way you avoid the coolers that will make you break even.

everyone should read this stuff:
http://www.powerseductionandwar.com/...hustlers.phtml

some good points, these 3 i forget too much. Its not really about poker, but you can relate it to poker.

'"Chumps prefer a beautiful lie to an ugly truth." The sucker wants to believe certain things about life and so projects these wishes on to the real world, seeing what he wants to see, not what is. A hustler thrives on reality, ugly or unpleasant--finds his poetry in the real. He sees the whole table and plays it as it lays.'

'"You can't learn con by memorizing words. Every mark and every play of any con game is different. You have to memorize the elements of con." A sucker wants formulas he can memorize and plug into situations. He has no flow because he is so rigid in his mind. The hustler has flow because he plays for the overall game, knows the elements, can improvise and make angles where no one else sees them.'

'"Don't get foxed out of your bankroll. The con is made for everyone, you know." Anyone is susceptible to being conned. The wisest hustler can suddenly fall for the worst tramp and lose all of his money on her. The hustler is aware of his own weaknesses and openings to con. This awareness is his edge. A sucker thinks he knows it all and cannot be fooled. That is his fatal flaw.'

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah I was really closing to 4betting here, because we had some history. But I wanted to stack him, ah well I would have gone broke anyways.

Although I was very close to checking the turn, because this was a ooooh I'm gonna slowplay the nuts line.

And yeah thinks will turn around, tonight hopefully, and if they do my graphs is going to look sick....

Bought this one today:

Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro

It's insanely good (and that's coming from a radical audiophile).

I payed 189 euro for it, but you can find it cheaper on the internet.

[/ QUOTE ]

Nice. Seems really expensive for those though. Just checking on amazon I see them for $228. Do you own any other headphones/amps? I own audio technica ad2000s and shure e500s and love them both but I don't really know that much besides reading other peoples reviews. Haven't bothered getting an amp yet. You should post in the edf headphone thread if you know a bunch.
