When the forum is full of micro posts, the 'higher' stakes players don't really care to participate.

And it goes the other way too.

That's why I've been saying all along that the split would promote and encourage participation.

Unfortunately those who in charge of such decisions aren't thinking this deep. They just think 'there's not enough traffic' etc.

So I guess we'll just have to accept that we're going to have a crappy forum for a while.
