you need to check the box "save in sent box" or whatever it says.. when you send a PM.

I've always found that checking the 'saved sent pm's' box somehow makes a difference

you have to 'save a copy' at the bottom

I thought the max was 20K in aweeks period? Please correct me if I am wrong as I have been only offering a 10k worth for the rest of the week because I have done almost 10K so far.
