isnt there some rule that u cant trade a drafted player until 1 year after he signs?

the papers will know who it is in tomorrow's papers

must be a guy on the 40 man roster (but not on 25 man roster) that didnt clear trade waivers. either that, or he's currently on the DL (which doesnt look like is possible, looking at the nationals 40 man)

edit: yes, the draft too, but there is a certain time frame in which you have to announce PTBNLs, and the draftees still wouldnt be eligible (i think, im not fact checking right now)
