The MSNL games on Stars and FT are pretty bad tonight; lack of fish, and the regulars who are on are almost all pretty solid.

I find it the opposite on FT. All of the fish and tagfish regs were on FT tonight including browerkid, tkdcrew, Checkmate824, Checking Account , ripkinev, philuva, and dnh83, all buddy list material

Hey guys, I quit the 30k hand match. I lost a little less than 15k, or maybe it was right at that point (with the 5k escrow included).

Some thoughts:

Few things. One, I played less that optimally against him in the beginning. This was also coupled with a mix of running badly against him. He literally tried to float me in almost every 3bet pot, and when you are three betting too much, cbetting, and missing flops, this adds up. Couple that with not running good in spots where he has a naked fd, or oesd, or what have you...and I got stuck quick.

Once I made an adjustment, I had a win, but then he re-adjusted, and it was just like going back and forth. That's when I decided this was no longer +EV, and I was wasting my month. Instead I just opted to take the loss and if I wanna make the money back I'll just play other guys (I'll still play 20SUCKOUTZ, just not within the confines of the match).

What tilts me, kinda, is that after 45k hands, he still is not beating 2/4. Says a lot about his game, I think, and how bad I played against him. But that's poker, can't win it all. I think it will be fun to play him again, if I do...I def. think I improved as an overall poker player, playing a guy with his kind of style. There were a lot of bizarre hands played that I don't think I will really forget, and so I hope that in the future I can use that to do better for myself.

Thanks for all the support, wish I coulda brought home a win, but not to be this time.

- Jordan
