he wouldnt have called her shove if he knew she had 5500 behind and not 500. He said so right after he called, before she even flipped her cards. As he announced call she said I have a 5000 chip right here. He yells a bunch of profanity "no way I call if I know that".

I could understand being upset at this if this was at a smaller stakes game where most people have no clue what a 5000 chip looks like and might mistakes it for some novelty card protector. But as is, I blame this more on her opponent, and unless she said 'all in' and put everything except the 5000 chip in the pot then I don't really think she was even trying to shoot an angle.
