Re: AP Visit: I\'m going to Costa Rica
Nat,
not sure if this was already covered, but is this happening because AP executives contacted you to do this? you said "contacts" or something in your OP invited you. |

Re: AP Visit: I\'m going to Costa Rica
I think Nat and Adanthar deserve a nice vacation anyway. No one can argue with that.

Re: AP Visit: I\'m going to Costa Rica
[ QUOTE ]
I'd ask for a full list of equity owners in Absolute Poker. If they don't release that (which I bet they won't), it's impossible to tell if anything has really changed behind the scenes. [/ QUOTE ] There is no way they would give out this type of information. I also highly doubt they would willingly give out any information regarding their corporate shells or ownership structure. The UIGEA pretty much makes this information off limits - especially when it involves US citizens and investors. Absolute might target and fire some top management after this but no way they disclose anything about their investors. We do know that AJ Green had become an equity investor - has he been bought out or removed from both his ownership and management roles? Without access to the information regarding the cheating account that the auditors have access to - what is really the objective? There is probably not any "new" cheating to discover. What has been uncovered by the auditors will be off-limits. Are you supposed to be looking for additional cheating or examining the company and management going forward? |

Is this not a data protection breach if he can see all our personal data without affiliation with AP?

Re: AP Visit: I\'m going to Costa Rica
There is no benefit to Nate personally for doing this.
Personally, I would never do business with Absolute or any other site that any of Absolute's management may be a part of in the future. They can never repair the damage. They have been tainted and can never be forgiven. |

I am receiving compensation. [/ QUOTE ] Instead of cash, ask for a superuser account instead. I am certain this would be most beneficial. Seriously, good luck with the trip! |

[/ QUOTE ] The people who got me in touch with AP don't really want to be named. Basically anyone involved here doesn't want to be named, it's kinda annoying, but that's how this business is. |
