$100 on Barca to win UEFA Cup?

Go Bremen!

Good game though, even despite Chelsea being overly rough, and Barca being overly divey.

Let's see the possibilities.

(All projections assume Barca beats Levski)

If Chelsea beats Bremen:
Bremen advances only if they beat Barca

If Chelsea draws with Bremen:
Bremen advances on a win. (if they draw Barca it goes to away goals in the H2H matchup)

If Bremen beats Chelsea:
Bremen advance on a win or draw against Barca.
A Barca win results in Chelsea/Bremen going to H2H goal differential and H2H away goals to see who advances.

Wow, 29 fouls by Chelsea compared to 14 by Barca. And Chelsea's not normally a rough team.

apparently the way to get deco to stop rolling on the ground with some imaginary injury is to hoof the ball at him. that entertained me.

[/ QUOTE ]
Yah, that was funny. But it seems to me like Deco has finally decided to not dive in situations where he has a change to get past the defender. But he could still learn a thing or two from Ronaldinho and Messi.

Entertaining match and gg Mr. Referee. And the Lampard goal was as intentional as Ronaldinho's vs. England...

Yeah, but an average English team seems rough for Spanish teams. Chelsea was a little rougher than usual today, and I'm pretty much sure that was part of the gameplan (because Barca's players clearly don't like to be touched), but there wasn't a lot to some of the fouls. Contact, Barca player stops or falls, crowd gets upset, foul or card. Repeat.

Entertaining though.
