One thing Ive never understood about poker players. Your killing 10/20 and 30/60 and 100/200 is killing you, why not stick with those lower levels before busto??

i kicked over my external hard drive the other day, and it's not showing up in windows explorer. i think that it's dead.

i was messing around with trying to get my music off my ipod (the only file copy i had of my music since the external is dead) and i removed all of the music from my library, and attempted to point the source to the ipod. itunes crashed and when i restarted it, itunes deleted the music off my ipod leaving me with nothing.

as we speak, i am attempting to use data recovery software to examine the external to see if i can salvage some.

Yeah, that doesn't work by design. It's to prevent you from taking your iPod to your criminal-mastermind-buddy's house and dumping all your licensed music to his computer for distribution.

Shadow, If you bought some of that from iTunes you may be able to get some of them back if you send them a woe-is-me email. Worth a shot.

is there any way to get a list of albums that i had? certainly that's in some hidden file somewhere. like there's a folder called previous itunes libraries. how do i open that?

also, i assume that there's no way to dl music of shared libraries anymore, right?
