39k cash reserves (checking + HSBC Direct)
21.5k retirement (2 Vanguard Roth IRA's + 1 401(k))

Other assets...(2 cars) probably like 5k.

Debt (1 car + student loans): 14k.

So I guess our net worth is about 51k. In one year it should be approaching 100, at the rate we are profiting/saving.
