I don't think it would be very hard for good NLHE players to learn LHE, Omaha/8 and Razz well enough to avoid being severely overmatched. I think they would struggle the most with stud8 by far.

Because you might have been sitting in a cave, I have news for you:
HORSE tournaments, as they were in 2004, no longer exist. Today's "HORSE" tournaments all switch to NO LIMIT HOLD'EM at the final table for the purpose of attracting TV coverage. In other words, final tables of NO Limit Hold'em tournaments and HORSE tournaments are now identical. |
