what if you were involved in a bet involving TLB points? do you think it would be unethical to 'buy' them off of other players? how would that not be cheating?

also, since it is against the rules at stars, what sort of action should i take if someone offers me some sort of cash for TLB points deal? its not as if they have cheated, only offered me a chance to help them cheat.
