how do I improve my online reads?

Here is a section I made about online tells. Many have told me I'm nuts with these tells and there is a fine line when reading online. Generally I don't really give credit to tells when dealing with TAGs because they play multiple tables and usually a delay is a nother cause. But a usual donk that plays 1 table they are reliable. Usually a tell per table per hour gains me or saves me 1 BB per table or 4 BB per hour. Usually its a call or bet that I make.

Hypothetically, I am a 1 table donk. I may have to answer the phone, let the dog out, let the dog in, be web browsing, or whatever. How can you decide based on my response time what my hand may be?
