Pretty much it might reduce a blow out (might) for a regualr car, but no gas/air is going to prevent a nail from giving you a flat

Screw that ... total waste.

If you want good gas mileage, check the usual suspects:

- air filter
- spark plugs / wires
- fuel filter (commonly skipped...good way to kill fuel pump)
- if check engine light on, check o2 sensor
- keep tires properly inflated (air is fine)
